Photographer and Videographer Volunteers help Bright Smiles capture meaningful moments from events, clinics, outreach programs, garden projects, music activities, and volunteer work at our events. This role helps us share the mission, thank supporters, recruit volunteers, and show the community impact of Bright Smiles.

Photographer / Videographer

  • Photographer / Videographer Volunteers may help with:

    • Taking photos at events

    • Recording short videos

    • Capturing setup, teamwork, supplies, speakers, volunteers, and community activities

    • Taking group photos

    • Recording short interviews or testimonials when approved

    • Creating content for social media, newsletters, websites, flyers, and grant reports

    • Helping document before-and-after moments

    • Organizing and sending content after the event

  • Good content includes:

    • Volunteers setting up

    • Dental kits being packed

    • Tables, signs, flyers, and supplies

    • Group photos of approved volunteers

    • Community garden work

    • Music performances or music volunteer activities

    • Speakers or presentations

    • People smiling, serving, organizing, teaching, or working together

    • Before-and-after setup photos

    • Short clips of the event environment

    • Approved testimonials or thank-you messages
