Outreach Coordinators help Bright Smiles build relationships with schools, colleges, churches, nonprofits, businesses, senior living communities, healthcare groups, and local leaders. This role helps us find people and organizations that may want to volunteer, partner, host events, receive dental kits, support free clinics, or join the ambassador network.

Outreach Coordinator

  • Outreach Coordinators may help with:

    • Finding local organizations to contact

    • Sending approved outreach messages

    • Following up with interested people

    • Tracking names, emails, phone numbers, and status

    • Inviting people to volunteer, attend meetings, or partner with Bright Smiles

    • Helping schedule calls or Google Meet introductions

    • Sharing flyers, forms, and event information

    • Connecting interested contacts to the right Bright Smiles team member

    • Supporting ambassador recruitment

    • Helping promote free clinics, school programs, garden projects, and music events

  • Before You Start

    • Make sure you understand the Bright Smiles mission.

    • Review the current outreach goal before contacting anyone.

    • Use approved email, phone, text, or Facebook message templates.

    • Confirm what event, program, or opportunity you are promoting.

    • Make sure you have the correct sign-up form or meeting link.

    • Know who to send interested contacts to.

    • Do not promise services, partnerships, payments, or event details unless they have been approved.
